How does this work?
It works just as easy as ordering anything else online. Browse our site, add your items to your cart, checkout, and your order will be delivered immediately unless otherwise specified by you.
Do you deliver to my address?
Our delivery area is based on zip code, you can find out by entering your zip code towards the top of the page.
How much is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is either $25, $50, or $75 depending on distance from our location. You can find out by entering your zip code in the box near the top of the page.
How much is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is $4.95
How long does delivery take?
Deliveries, on average, take 30 to 60 minutes. We do not guarantee or provide delivery times due to circumstances that my delay delivery such as: traffic, weather conditions, and volume of orders. We average a 36 minute delivery time but during peak conditions, deliveries may take up to 90 minutes. You will receive an email once your order is out for delivery.
Can I pay with cash?
No, we do not accept cash as payment for delivery orders. Delivery orders must be paid for in full before leaving our premises; you may tip your delivery driver in cash. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Can I place an order by phone?
Unfortunately, we are unable to take orders by phone. Orders for delivery must be placed through our website.
Do I have to be present to get the delivery?
Due to state law, if there is any alcohol in the delivery order, you must be at least 21 years of age and present valid identification and sign for the delivery. If there is no alcohol in the order, our drivers may request to see identification in order to verify the purchase. For gift deliveries, the recipient must be at least 21 years of age and present valid identification upon delivery.
Can I send a gift to someone?
Yes! We do quite a bit of gift deliveries and customers are consistently very happy with our service. You can even add a gift bag and custom printed message HERE. If you do not wish to have it in a gift bag with a message, please make sure to enter the correct delivery information and the correct billing information and the order will be accompanied with an invoice. Please note that we coordinate delivery prior to every gift and third-party delivery order to make sure someone of legal age will be present to sign for the delivery, we do not send out gift deliveries without first confirming directly with the recipient.
Why can't I find any cigarettes on the website?
As per state and federal regulations, we do not offer cigarettes for sale for delivery. The sale and delivery by any means other than in-person and in-store are prohibited by law.
Do you sell kegs?
No, for the time being we do not sell kegs.
Can I place an order for later?
Planning ahead? No problem! When checking out, just let us know in the "Order Comments" the Date and approximate time you would like for your order to be delivered.
I need to cancel or change my order, what do I do?
Call us immediately at 602-258-4688 and reference your order number. Orders go out as soon as we receive them unless otherwise noted by the customer. If we have left with your order already, you may be charged the delivery fee plus a 15% restocking fee depending on the cancellation or modification of the order.
